The Super 8 is a very easy sex position. Probably the most basic one there is. There is a big chance that the first time you ever had sex was in this position. Can’t imagine that there is someone that has not tried this one yet!

The woman lies on the on the bed, floor or couch with her legs slightly spread. The man lies on top of the woman between her legs and thrusts back and forth. It can not get much easier than this now can it?
This is one of the most easiest and probably the most common sex positions there are. Usually the first one you will experience as this is one that is very easily performed in the bed and under the sheets.
The woman can use her hands to control his thrust. This way she can get some of the control in this position. She could also just don nothing but that is just boring now isn’t it!
This position is very similar but not the same as the missionary position so do not confuse it. In this position the man is not laying flat on her but has his arms stretched. This way it is a bit more “pornographic” than just the missionary position. Although i do agree there is almost no difference at all.
